去年11月底，在黄山经商的江苏籍男子刘某，通过“陌陌”软件认识了一名“同乡”女网友。后来女网友逐步向刘某透露，自己是在校大学生，学的是修改程序专业，经过钻研，她现在可以“黑入”国外博彩网站，通过修改网站的赔率让人赚钱，而且包赚不赔。

在女网友的鼓吹下，刘某多次登录名为“澳门新葡京”的博彩网站充值、押大小。一开始充值数额小，投入的资金和盈利可以自由转出，于是刘某越陷越深。到了年底，刘某在网站上已充值了30余万元，此时网站却屡屡以押错或账号异常为由拒绝转出资金，同时女网友也联系不上了。此时刘某才意识到受骗了，于是报警求助。

警方远赴云南抓6人摧毁代聊窝点

由于涉案金额较大，警方迅速成立专案组挂牌督办。经过对受害人聊天记录以及涉案网站的梳理，警方最终锁定嫌疑人的作案地点位于云南曲靖市。

作案揭秘

此外嫌疑人还通过搜索引擎寻找一些美女照片当做聊天头像，吸引受害人，再配合专门编写的诈骗话术书籍，冒充“美女黑客”，一步步将受害人拉入被控制的博彩网站投注，进而实施诈骗。

提醒

警方提醒，不要随意登录类似博彩网站，以免上当受骗，这些网站要么是充值后无法提现，要么是人为控制输赢，此外还有泄露个人身份信息和银行卡信息的危险。
