但就是这个烂点子，却被Instagram学走了，它们直接拷贝了Snapchat。

对Instagram的母公司Facebook来说，直接全盘抄袭也是没办法的办法了，毕竟此前它们曾数次试图干掉Snapchat（包括花高价收购）都没能成功。这次的Instagram改版也算是扎克伯格正式对Snapchat宣战了。

加入了类似Snapchat的“Stories”模式后，图片分享巨头可谓如虎添翼，要知道它们已经有了3亿活跃用户，而Snapchat则只有1.5亿。

不过，事情恐怕没那么简单，此役之后，Instagram正在成为Facebook内部的特洛伊木马。

从此前的一系列动作我们就可以看出，一旦Facebook遇到新的行业竞争对手且对其束手无策时，就喜欢借助Instagram庞大的用户基础来对对手进行倾轧。而加入了过多功能的Instagram正在变得越发臃肿，它在追逐用户目光的道路上越走越偏。

如果说以前Instagram还能借用户数巩固地位的话，这次与Snapchat的战争恐怕就没那么容易了。

不同的应用就该有不同的内容取向

Instagram能成为一个伟大的应用就是因为它的与众不同，Snapchat获得成功的原因也一样。这两款应用原本会为用户提供不同的体验，这种非冲突的模式也为两者换来了更多的人气。

人们打开Instagram是为了看美图，而Snapchat则更偏向对生活的恶搞。当然，两者有时在内容上会有交集，但大体上依然泾渭分明。

现在的Instagram是个什么鬼？

山寨了Snapchat后，Instagram一下成了个一站式应用，它的目标是取悦所有用户。

确实，如果一个用户此前是Instagram而非Snapchat的用户，他会顺理成章的被新功能吸引。但如果一个用户一直在跨平台使用，他们必然会在两款应用中选择其一（朋友多的那个平台），而这就是Facebook山寨Snapchat时打的如意算盘。

而为了加强新的“Stories”模式，Instagram必然会冷落原有的图片分享功能，而这就是危险所在，Instagram丧失了对自己定位的理解。

虽然Facebook称新的“Stories”模式可以帮助用户清晰的记下自己的生活，但转念一想你就会发现，这个活不是Facebook平台的老本行吗？为什么要把它下放给Instagram呢？

就像我此前提到的，人们会在不同的社交平台找寻不同的内容。Instagram这样做无疑是自掘坟墓，因为它成了各种内容“群魔乱舞”的法外之地，而对用户来说，这种超载的信息量并不是什么好事。

用户不需要两个Snapchat，因为一个已经足够了。记得之前Facebook与Google+的争霸战吗？最终它们只活下来一个。
