相比LSI最初3.22亿美元对SandForce的收购价，希捷现在收购了ASD和FCD两大部门也只花了4.5亿美元，几年下来这个溢价并不高，交易相当划算。
2015年希捷预期其企业级SSD及主控业务的营收能达到1.5亿美元，运营利润可达3000-4000万美元，现在有了自己的主控业务，希捷未来的SSD业务有望获得更大的发展了。
