前段时间，还在读初一的小明干脆辍学回家，由于一直对学校严格的管教很反感，辍学在家又无所事事的他，萌生黑了教育局下属一个专门展示各学校学生范例作业的博客网站的想法。

9月上旬，小明通过网络从一名黑客处获得一款黑客软件，然后凭借自己的计算机知识，对这个博客网站进行攻击。为了显示自己的能力，他还在篡改的网页上留下自己的QQ号。当民警找到小明时，他认为这只是个恶作剧，却没想到已触犯了法律。
