通过向黑客购买木马软件，盗取他人QQ账号和密码实施诈骗，半年左右涉案金额高达100余万元。近日，张东、李强因涉嫌诈骗，被成都市新都区人民检察院批准逮捕。
经查，2016年6月起，犯罪嫌疑人张东、李强利用互联网向黑客购买木马软件，盗取他人的QQ账号和密码，冒充他人身份，让被害人将钱款转到犯罪嫌疑人更改的账户。截至案发，犯罪嫌疑人张东、李强共计盗窃数家公司的QQ账号，实施了数笔诈骗，涉案金额100余万元。
该案系利用黑客技术的电信网络诈骗案，案发后，针对涉案人员利用新型信息技术，专业化、分工严密、隐蔽性较强的特点，新都区人民检察院抽调侦查骨干成立办案组，提前介入到公安机关侦查阶段，指导公安机关收集银行账号信息、资金流水、QQ聊天记录、木马软件等关键证据。案件报请批准逮捕后，办案组干警强化审查案件材料，构建了案件事实与证据之间的印证关系，最终对犯罪嫌疑人张东、李强作出了批准逮捕决定。
