11月25日电，据大连市中级人民法院网站消息，11月25日，辽宁省大连市中级人民法院一审公开宣判北大方正集团有限公司原董事、首席执行官、执委会主席李友等人内幕交易案，认定被告人李友犯内幕交易罪，妨害公务罪和隐匿会计凭证、会计账簿、财务会计报告罪，数罪并罚，决定执行有期徒刑四年六个月，并处罚金人民币7.502亿元；违法所得予以没收，上缴国库。对本案其他11名被告人分别以内幕交易罪，妨害公务罪和隐匿会计凭证、会计账簿、账务会计报告罪，依法判处有期徒刑、罚金或免于刑事处罚。李友等各被告人均当庭表示服从判决，不上诉。

法院认为，被告人李友作为内幕信息的知情人员，在对证券价格有重大影响的信息尚未公开前进行股票交易，构成内幕交易罪；指使他人隐匿应当保存的财务资料，构成隐匿会计凭证、会计账簿、账务会计报告罪；为抗拒抓捕，指使他人拖延时间，阻碍公安人员依法执行公务，构成妨害公务罪。因被告人李友有自首及重大立功表现，认罪悔罪，且其隐匿财务资料及妨害公务的犯罪情节轻微，依法对其减轻处罚，遂作出上述判决。

此前，大连市中级人民法院于11月15日依法对该案进行了一审公开开庭审理。李友等12名被告人出庭受审，各被告人聘请的辩护律师出庭辩护。被告人家属、人大代表、政协委员和社会各界群众、新闻媒体代表60余人旁听了庭审。庭审中公诉人、辩护人就被告人被控各项犯罪事实进行了举证、质证和法庭辩论。李友等被告人在最后陈述中均表示认罪悔罪。案件处理过程中，司法机关充分保障了李友等被告人及其辩护人依法享有的各项诉讼权利。
