古内一成1956年出生，2016年7月因病去世，自96年《柯南》动画开播以来，古内一成就参与剧本的创作，在60年的生命里，三分之一时间都奉献给了《名侦探柯南》，光是二十部剧场版中就有十四部是出自他手。
