On September 7, a few days ago, United Kingdom higher education survey company (QS) has announced this year's world university rankings, research in top universities in the world, China has 12 universities on the list, ranking second in the world for two consecutive years, United States Massachusetts Institute of technology the 5th consecutive year ranked first.

Specifically, the list of 12 universities in China, including mainland China 7 as well as China, Hong Kong, China 2 Taiwan 3, second only to United States 36. 3 China University overall strength in the world's top 50, namely 24th, 39th, 43rd, Fudan University, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University was ranked 61st.

China has 56 universities in global 900, located 19 provincial-level administrative region in China.

Reportedly, this is the QS company ranked 13th best University in the world survey, QS this year nearly 75,000 employers and nearly 38,000 academics views and more than 10 million copies of academic papers and citation analysis, released "World University Rankings 2016/17."

9月7日消息，日前，英国高等教育调查公司（QS）公布了今年的世界最佳大学排行榜，全球研究型百强大学中，中国有12所大学上榜，连续两年排名世界第二，美国麻省理工学院连续第5年排名第一。

具体说来，中国上榜的12所大学中，包括中国大陆7所、中国香港2所以及中国台湾3所，仅次于美国的36所。其中3所中国大陆的大学综合实力进入全球50强，分别是清华大学第24名、北京大学第39名、复旦大学第43名，上海交通大学位居第61名。

从整个榜单来看，麻省理工学院、斯坦福大学、哈佛大学名列三甲；41所中国大学进入全球500强--中国大陆24所，中国香港6所，中国台湾11所。中国有56所大学进入全球900强，分布中国19个省级行政区。

报道称，这是QS公司第13年进行世界最佳大学排名调查，QS今年收集近7.5万名学术人员及近3.8万名雇主意见，及就逾1000万份学术论文及相关引用情况作分析，发布“世界大学排名榜2016/17”。
