据悉，哈德拉瓦以美国轻型飞机Mini-Max为原型，设计了这架木质飞机，成本为10万捷克克朗（约合人民币25497元）。他自己介绍称，这架飞机使用木头打造，每小时消耗油6升，最高时速达146公里。

哈德拉称，他上班的地方离家15公里远，如果开车的话需要12-14分钟，现在开飞机只需要5分钟左右。不过为了不打扰沿途居民，他需要绕一段路，即使这样，他从家到公司也只需要7分钟左右的时间。
