《生化危机：终章》电影依旧由米拉乔沃维奇主演，在预告片中我们还能够看到浣熊市、保护伞公司、克莱尔等经典元素，当然也少不了大波僵尸，米拉乔沃维奇饰演的爱丽丝骑着摩托车出镜，宣言“要灭掉每个僵尸”颇为霸气。
据悉，《生化危机：终章》时间紧接在《生化危机5》之后，在爱丽丝(米拉乔沃维奇饰演)被华盛顿特区的威斯克(尚恩罗伯兹饰演)背叛后，人性将面临最终考验。作为人类对抗不死军团背水一战的最后幸存者，爱丽丝必须重回噩梦的源头─浣熊市，在那里，保护伞公司的武力正在集结，准备对天启后唯一的幸存者进行殊死对决。在人命关天的情况下，爱丽丝必须找回老战友，以及一支意想不到的盟军加入，联手肉搏不死军团以及变种怪兽。在失去超人般的能力以及保护伞的步步进逼下，这将是爱丽丝有生以来最艰困的一场冒险，为人类的生死存亡关头而战。
