Beijing reported the first case of "Zhai" card virus case-Zhai, Zhai card-IT information

Experts believe that Zhai card virus belongs to the mosquito-spread diseases, mainly through Egypt infection of Aedes mosquito bites. Beijing monitoring of Egypt Aedes, therefore spreading imported cases raised and lower risk of further spread.

At present, the Beijing municipal health family planning is in accordance with the treatment plan and control requirements, deploying great effort to rescue the patients, further enhance the prevention and control measures, epidemiological investigations, mosquito-borne emergency monitoring, the patriotic public health campaign, health education, and so on.

5月15日，北京市卫生和计划生育委员会通报，北京市报告1例输入性寨卡病毒病病例。患者，女，29岁，中国籍，山东省烟台市人，为烟台市某公司职员。患者于2016年4月前往委内瑞拉，当地时间5月11日出现发热、伴有少量皮疹，13日（北京时间）乘机回国，14日晨抵达首都机场。入境时，机场出入境检验检疫部门经初筛，考虑其疑似寨卡病毒感染，遂派员陪同患者前往医院就诊，随即收入院治疗，目前患者病情稳定。

5月15日，患者相关标本经北京市疾控中心初检、中国疾控中心复核该患者唾液、尿液样本寨卡病毒检测阳性，北京市卫生计生委组织市级专家组会诊，根据患者流行病学史、临床表现，结合实验室检查结果，诊断该患者为输入性寨卡病毒病病例。

此前，北京市卫生计生委组织专家对输入性寨卡病毒病病例带来的传播风险进行了评估。专家们认为，寨卡病毒病属于蚊媒传播疾病，主要通过埃及伊蚊叮咬感染。北京市监测无埃及伊蚊，因此，输入性病例引发传播并进一步扩散的风险较低。

目前，北京市卫生计生委正按照相关诊疗方案和防控要求，部署全力救治患者，进一步落实各项防控措施，做好流行病学调查、蚊媒应急监测、爱国卫生运动、健康教育等工作。

同时，从个人健康防护角度考虑，北京市卫生计生委提醒广大市民，近期谨慎前往发生寨卡病毒病疫情国家。
