4月26日，海淀法院审结了微梦创科公司诉淘友天下技术公司、淘友天下科技发展公司不正当竞争纠纷案，法院认定二被告非法抓取、使用新浪微博用户信息等行为构成不正当竞争，判决停止不正当竞争行为，赔偿经济损失200万元等。
