建议消费者关注、查询有关行政部门发布的关于不合格产品的信息。中国消费者协会将依法支持消费者行使退货权，对于不履行退货义务的经营者，将采取披露、支持消费者提起诉讼等措施。同样的退货权也适用于今后工商、质检、食药等行政部门公布的不合格产品。
