3月16日消息，海淀法院宣布受理了小米公司起诉山东小米金融服务外包有限公司侵犯商标权一案。

海淀法院称，因认为对方在网站和微信公众号使用“小米”和“XIAOMI”侵犯了自己的权益，小米科技有限责任公司以侵犯商标权和不正当竞争为由将山东小米金融服务外包有限公司诉至法院，要求判令停止侵权，赔礼道歉并赔偿经济损失100万元，海淀法院受理了此案。

小米在诉状中称，山东小米金融服务外包有限公司使用“小米”作为企业字号，未经授权许可使用小米公司的注册商标，运营与小米公司的互联网金融服务完全相同的业务。
