二、中国联通今天发布2013年12月份运营数据，当月3G用户新增351.9万户，2013年全年新增4614万，累计达1.226亿户；中国联通本月新增移动用户数为239.8万，移动用户数累计达2.80983亿户。

固网业务方面，2013年12月份，中国联通本地固话用户净减42万，累计用户数为8764.3万。宽带用户新增4.5万户，累计6464.7万户。
