　　中新社南京12月17日电 (记者 申冉)昔日国民政府考试院，今日南京市机关大院，红色大门即将对公众有限开放。

　　17日上午，南京市政府宣布，从2014年1月1日起，每年的1月1日、5月1日、10月1日，南京市委、南京市人大常委会、南京市人民政府、南京市政协办公大院将面向公众开放，但“开放日”不接待散客，想要参观需预约登记。

　　现为机关大院的南京市北京东路41、43号，在明代曾是供奉武圣关羽的武庙旧址，再往前可以上溯到六朝时的华林苑，迄今有1700多年历史。民国时期这里成为国民政府考试院所在地，是国民政府五院之一。第一任院长是戴季陶，院址也是戴院长亲自选择，占地面积103589平方米，始建于1930年。院内种着百年梧桐和松柏，民国建筑群在绿树掩映下古意盎然。在游客和当地市民的眼中，机关大院似乎显得有些神秘。

　　南京市级机关管理局副局长王晓光在接受记者采访时介绍，“目前大院总建筑面积7万余平方米，共有办公用房31栋，23个党政部门在此办公。既是机关办公场所，也是全国文物保护单位，为了确保参观效果，南京市民要到户籍所在地的街道办事处办理报名预约登记手续，统一组织安排参观；外地市民游客可报旅游团队参与。每次安排300人参观，分6批，时间为上午9时至11时30分，下午为2点至4点半”。(完)
