在360财报分析师电话会上，奇虎360董事长周鸿祎表示，360搜索份额已超过22%。但此前，花旗集团分析师对360所披露的搜索份额进行了质疑，称艾瑞数据比CNZZ更可靠。

花旗分析师表示，CNZZ的研究范围全面覆盖了中国中小型网站，但并未覆盖流量庞大的一些网站，如新浪、搜狐、网易和腾讯等。这意味着，奇虎360在中国搜索市场上的份额其实只包含中小型网站，而非大型网站。有数据表明，大型网站却占据了中国互联网流量的70%以上。

花旗分析师李牧之、拉维•萨拉特(Ravi Sarathy)和格雷戈里•赵(Gregory Zhao)指出，艾瑞咨询是对40余万名用户的在线活动进行分析，计算出PC用户的互联网流量数据。艾瑞咨询数据取样的范围覆盖3000多个网站和1000种软件。相比CNZZ而言，认为艾瑞可信度更高。
