　　据介绍，30日下午，彭阳县人民检察院批准逮捕犯罪嫌疑人麻永东，随后彭阳县公安局对麻永东执行了逮捕。负责案件侦办的警方表示，案件相关证据已经固定，进展顺利，警方和检方拟在法定期限内对案件快侦快诉。

　　10月14日，宁夏彭阳县红河乡文沟村发生一起凶杀案，村民兰油布一家7口4代人在家中被杀，被害人包括兰油布本人和妻子、父母、女儿、两个孙女。另外兰油布的女儿（麻永东的妻子）被害时已经怀孕约6个月。10月18日晚，犯罪嫌疑人麻永东落网。
