　　中新社湛江12月11日电(肖永 高毅 杨鹏宇) 由导弹驱逐舰兰州舰、导弹护卫舰柳州舰和综合补给舰鄱阳湖舰组成的中国海军舰艇编队，完成出访南美三国任务回国，11日上午缓缓靠上湛江某军港码头。

　　中国海军南海舰队举行欢迎仪式，海军副政委马发祥出席并致辞。

　　马发祥指出，此次编队出访南美三国，是军委、总部组织的一次重要军事外交活动，是践行强军目标、提升履行使命能力的一次多样化军事任务实践，对于改善中国战略安全环境，推动中国与到访国家友好关系发展，增强中国在国际社会和地区事务中的影响力，具有十分重要的意义。

　　自今年9月3日从三亚某军港启航以来，出访编队历时99天，航程近3万海里，先后对智利、巴西、阿根廷三国进行了友好访问。编队分别与南美三国军队高层和地方政府官员举行会晤，组织舰艇相互参观，与智利、巴西海军舰机进行海上联合军演等一系列活动。

　　编队还稳妥应对各种复杂情况，安全顺利通过陌生水道、陌生海峡和咆哮西风带，广泛开展大洋练兵和实战化训练，锤炼了官兵能打仗、打胜仗的战斗作风和军事技能。特别是首次穿越智利内水道和麦哲伦海峡、首次在南大西洋与外国海军联合军演、首次访问阿根廷，续写了中国海军走向远海大洋的新篇章。

　　欢迎仪式结束后，马发祥等登上兰州舰看望官兵，并听取了出访编队工作汇报。

　　南海舰队司令员蒋伟烈、政委王登平，兰州市、柳州市、湛江市有关负责人，以及驻地部队官兵、出访编队官兵家属代表共500余人参加了欢迎仪式。(完)
