“女性要用自己小梦想助力民族大梦想”

记者：作为中国人大代表，这次两会有什么建议？

刘洋：我的建议和女性有关，是关于进一步提高女性战斗力、发挥女军人作用的几点建议。深化国防和军队改革，目的是实现强国梦强军梦，一切为打赢。在部队，女性也是不可或缺的一个重要组成部分。

女性地位的提高同时也代表了社会的进步。我要为军队的女战友鼓与呼，为大家寻找一个更好、更广阔的平台去发挥才能，实现梦想。社会的大梦想是由个人小梦想一点一点累积而成的，我们女性要用自己小梦想助力民族大梦想。

记者：对那些有志于探索宇宙的女性有什么建议？

刘洋：首先是热爱，渴望探索宇宙，热爱这项事业。航天员并不像大家看到的那么绚烂，背后有太多需要付出、努力坚持的地方。如果没有热爱，在追梦过程中遇到挑战和磨砺很可能让你坚持不下来。还要有坚韧不拔的意志和态度。这两点对有志于探索宇宙的女性而言，是最基本、最重要的要求。

记者：航天员的训练量大吗？

刘洋：整个学习训练，强度还是很大的。不过，经过前期的强化训练之后，当体能和特殊环境的训练成绩达到标准之后，剩下来的大家都会自觉去保持体能和状态。航天员的飞行是一个选拔机制，如果状态不好，就可能与任务绝缘。

另外，大家对航天员的训练有一个误区，觉得就像运动员一样，需要跳多高、跑多远多快，其实完全不是这样的。对于航天员来说，体育锻炼并不是要求你达到生理指标的极限，而只是一个辅助手段。航天员主要有3个方面的要求，一是体能，二是专业知识，三是心理素质。

记者：航天员的日常生活怎样？

刘洋：航天员是一群特别真实的人，是有血有肉的普通人、平凡人。大家看到的都是我们飞行的时候，其实航天员的生活很多时候也很枯燥、很单调，每天都像高三的学生一样，头天就把第二天的课表看好了，第二天就按照课表来学习训练。

记得刚到航天员大队的时候，第一批的师兄对我说的最多的就是，你们要耐得住寂寞，守得住坚持，才能实现梦想。

“我赶上了一个好时代”

记者：获得那么多荣誉后心态有变化吗？

刘洋：你觉得我有变化吗？只要每个人的心不变，认得清自己的方向，找得准自己的位置，荣誉是信任，更是一种压力和责任。我的定位就是一名航天员，努力把工作做好，不辜负祖国的信任，完成好任务。

记者：多年以后会如何回想自己的飞天经历？

刘洋：它是我人生中一段非常奇妙、非常有价值的宝贵经历。我赶上了一个好时代，一个好机遇。是中国经济、科技综合实力的飞速发展，是中国载人航天技术的阔步前进，才有了这样一个任务，才有了我实现梦想、飞向太空的机会。

飞得更高更远，是每一个航天员的梦想。我会逐梦前行，并不断地为之努力。

“航天事业呼唤更多女性加入航天员队伍”

记者：你什么时候第二次飞向太空？

刘洋：只要保持自己的身体状态、训练成绩和心理素质，方方面面达到标准要求，胜任任务选拔，就有机会第二次飞行。

记者：2017年主要开展哪些训练？

刘洋：未来，随着在空间站驻留的时间更长，对航天员的身体素质和心理素质要求会更高。同时，将开展更多的各种试验，这对试验知识和技能的掌握要求内容也会更多更高。

今后交会对接、出舱维修将成为常态，今年将开展航天员全员出舱训练，以前都是有针对性，谁参与任务谁参与出舱训练，这次是普遍性的。
