北京市文化市场行政执法总队、北京市文化局、北京网络文化协会近日联合召开网络直播行业工作会，通报直播平台“夜魅社区”被该总队关停，这是北京首次关停涉黄直播平台。

市文化执法总队有关负责人称，今年1月总队陆续接到群众举报，称“夜魅社区”平台存在色情表演等违法行为，该总队会同朝阳区公安分局网安大队，对北京久通在线科技发展有限责任公司经营的手机APP客户端“夜魅社区”进行执法检查。

执法人员检查发现，该单位利用APP客户端“夜魅社区”从事网络直播业务，实际经营地址与注册、备案地不符，相关视频利用云平台存储，未存储在实际经营地，给案件查处工作带来了较大困难。

上月，执法人员查明该涉案单位实际经营地位于海淀区北太平庄路一小区出租房内，查实多名主播在从事网络直播表演中含有违禁内容，涉案金额巨大。目前，市文化执法总队已依法责令该平台关停，正在对此案进一步调查，对情节严重的涉案主播将依法追究刑事责任，对相关责任单位将予以行政处罚。
