所以人们不仅用各种角度，各种表情，还会用修图软件把照片修到自己心目中理想的模样。并通过社交软件，令这种理想的模样尽情绽放。

也就是说，自拍（注：根据现在的语境，“自拍”已经可以包含从自我拍摄到修图的一整个过程）能让拍摄者更方便的拍出更接近心目中理想的自己，并通过在社交网络的发布更容易获得赞与评论，从而获得自我认同感和满足感。
