2017-IT spending in China will reach 2.34 trillion yuan spending on IT-IT information

Information technology research and advisory company Gartner said 2017 total global IT spending amount is estimated to be $3.5 trillion, representing an increase of 2016 2.7%. However this remains below Gartner previously forecast 3%.

The Gartner global IT spending forecast report for mainstream indicators of technology trends study, covering hardware, software, IT services and telecommunications markets. 2017 global personal computer (PC), Tablet, ultramobile, and spending on mobile phones and other devices are expected to be flat, at $589 billion (see table). By 2018, the related spending surges and top-level ultramobile PC market for machine pricing and features the advantage of favourable factors, such as growth. Emerging markets will drive the cell phone boom, because smart phones are in these markets as the primary computing device, replacement frequency is higher than in mature markets.

2017 global IT services market is expected to rise 4.2%. Buyers in the digital business, intelligent automation and services to optimize investment in innovation will continue to drive growth in the market, but the economy as a whole is facing challenges, buyers tend to be cautious, it also makes the market will not be able to grow rapidly.

John-David Lovelock says: "2017 expenditure growth rate high and low points of the gap will be much larger than the past few years. General economic environment will result in a certain degree of disparity in 2017, this issue will be more complex because of the uncertainty. This uncertainty can cause individuals and businesses there are--when it comes to business opportunities will widen the gap between expenditure, while expenditure reduction or suspension. ”

For example, Microsoft, Google and Amazon and other companies built a cloud computing platform under the push of 2017, global server market is expected to grow 5.6%. 《Gartner全球IT支出预测》报告为主流科技趋势的指标性研究报告，范围涉及硬件、软件、IT服务与电信市场。在过去的10多年间，全球的IT与业务主管都利用这份季度报告了解市场商机与挑战，并根据报告内容来做出准确的商业决策。

2017年全球个人电脑（PC）、平板、ultramobile及手机等设备的相关支出预计会持平，为5890亿美元（见表）。到2018年，相关支出将在PC市场换机潮以及顶级ultramobile定价与功能方面的优势等因素带动下得以增长。新兴市场将带动手机换机潮，因为在这些市场智能手机被当作主要运算设备，换机的频率也高于成熟市场。

2017年全球IT服务市场预计上升4.2%。买家在数字化业务、智能自动化与服务优化创新方面的投资将持续带动该市场的增长，但由于整体经济面临挑战，买家将趋于谨慎，这也使得市场将无法快速增长。

John-David Lovelock表示：“2017年支出的增长率高点与低点的差距将远大于过去几年。一般来说经济环境会造成某种程度的差距，但2017年这个问题会因为不确定性升高而更加复杂。这种不确定性会造成个人与企业之间出现差距——当商机来临时会扩大支出，反之则减少或暂停支出。”

举例来讲，在微软、谷歌与亚马逊等公司积极布建云计算平台的推升之下，2017年全球服务器市场有望增长5.6%。与上季度相比，这个数字不仅增长了3%，还足以弥补外部控制器储存设备市场预计出现的3%负增长，让数据中心系统部门全年得以增长2.6%。

在中国，IT支出预计在2017年将达到2.34万亿人民币，比去年上升5.3%。
