记者辗转联系到传出该消息的姚姓经理，他回应：“确实是卖家私下托人转手，算是资产整合考虑套现。但也不急卖，所以先开价，看是否有愿意接受这个价格的买家。”
该姚姓经理透露：“其实从月初以来，已经有两位有意向的买家来沟通过价格。其中一位是华侨饭店的股东之一，表示愿出4亿多元的价格来买，不过卖家没有同意，坚持底价是5亿元。另一位比较关注的是澳大利亚籍富豪，也是国内某上市公司的股东，但暂时没有进一步动作。”
他还告诉记者：“早在2011年，当时有一位宁波的上市公司董事长有意向买，开了2亿元的价格，但彼时卖家从未想过要卖，当即回绝了。”
