href="http://www.ithome.com/" target="_blank">IT资讯讯 北京时间12月30日晚间消息，富士康和夏普合资公司酒井显示器产品公司（Sakai Display Products Corp）今日宣布，计划投资610亿人民币（约合88亿美元）在中国广州建立一座新工厂，以便生产LCD面板。

报道称，双方预计最早于2019年初开始量产LCD面板。该计划有可能获得中国地方政府的补助。另外，双方已经开始接触LCD生产设备制造商。

当前，富士康拥有或投资了三家LCD公司，分别为夏普、群创（Innolux）和酒井显示器产品公司。整体而言，这三家公司的LCD面板产量占全球份额的20%，使得富士康成为继三星和LG之后的第三大LCD制造商。

今天，台湾鸿海将向与夏普共同出资成立的生产电视用液晶面板的企业——堺显示器产品公司(SDP)追加出资。鸿海将通过承担向SDP增资以及认购夏普转让的股份，合计投资521亿日元。

SDP打算从2017年开始，减少面向韩国三星电子等外部客户的供货量。将告别低价销售，改善盈利，从而提高业绩，同时也是为了增加面向夏普的供货量。
