  12月27日,“金城4号”盾构机在历经6个月的施工后,掘进抵达黄河北岸中间风井,至此,兰州市轨道交通1号线一期工程成功实现四次下穿黄河,标志着全线这一重难点控制性工程顺利完工。


  27日,兰州轨道交通1号线一期工程深安大桥南至兰州城市学院(省科技馆)盾构下穿黄河区间右线隧道经施工后抵达黄河北岸中间风井。


  1 号线一期工程西起兰州市西固区陈官营,东至城关区东岗镇,线路长约26公里,全部为地下线,总投资198.16亿元。其中,深安大桥南至兰州城市学院(省 科技馆)盾构“穿黄”区间、兰州海关至马滩盾构“穿黄”区间为全线施工难度最高、安全风险系数最大、施工工艺最为复杂的区间隧道。


  “穿黄”隧道主体结构均位于黄河河面下40余米,河床下23米至26米之间,地质、水文条件复杂,其中河床下卵石含量高达81.95%,卵石强度高达200兆帕,加上黄河卵石地层结构松散,透水性强,在掘进过程中,极易出现河床坍塌,甚至冒顶透水等重大风险。


  黄河中上游地区因受到数百年来地下结构变化、地层自身运动等原因,导致穿越长江、淮河、大型湖泊及近海的施工工艺无法直接使用,因此盾构穿越黄河施工被称之为“从零开始的工程”。


  2014年11月1日至2015年9月21日,“金城5号”“金城4号”“金城6号”泥水平衡盾构机相继始发,开始不能出错的首次尝试。


  2015年,轨道交通领域内的专家专程来到深安大桥南至兰州城市学院(省科技馆)盾构“穿黄”区间、兰州海关至马滩盾构“穿黄”区间施工现场“问诊把脉”,将“穿黄”工程定义为“世界级施工难题”。


  面 对高压水透涌、工作面失稳、盾构卡机、螺旋管喷涌等一系列问题,“穿黄”盾构施工现场负责人表示,每掘进一环,需要两个小时,而这一环的准备时间是掘进时 间的十倍,每次盾构掘进前,都要按照施工方案严格分析对比上一次掘进后的施工数据、监测数据,对盾构机的姿态、掘进扭矩、注浆量等数据进行调整,工程师们 要将调整后的数据拿到模拟环境下反复试验,在得到稳定的结果后,现场指挥员才会下达掘进施工的指令。


  此外,承担兰州海关至马滩穿黄盾构区间的“金城5号”、“金城6号”分别于2014年11月1日、2015年4月6日先后从兰州海关站始发,两台盾构机经过黄河段掘进作业后,分别于2016年7月28日、2016年10月26日顺利到达马滩站。至此,兰州轨道交通建设者在历时700余天的不懈努力后,成功实现盾构安全下穿黄河的国内先例,科学探索出了盾构在砂卵石地层中掘进技术参数,为国内乃至世界范围内的同类施工填补了技术空白。
