China Unicom will establish strategic cooperation with Baidu: cloud computing, big data-IT information

11月3日消息，中国联通与百度公司在山东青岛签署战略合作协议。双方将以资源置换、技术互补、成果共享等方式在移动互联网、人工智能、大数据、通信基础业务等领域开展深度合作。中国联通王晓初董事长、百度公司李彦宏董事长出席了签约仪式。中国联通姜正新副总经理与百度公司曾良副总裁代表双方签署战略合作协议。

此次双方展开战略合作，再一次引发了外界对中国联通混合所有制改革、民营资本入局的猜想。此前中国联通曾经发公告称母公司联通集团正研究和讨论混合所有制改革实施方案。当时业界变推测，如果联通集团引进混合所有制，那么首选投资者便是BAT。

另一方面，上个月百度开放云正式更名为百度云。全新百度云和百度网盘的出现，彻底将百度云服务的个人业务和企业业务区别开来，这也标志着百度开始加速部署企业云计算服务。百度云计算业务，很有可能成为百度在搜索之外的突破口。

据悉，本次战略合作，中国联通将在手机百度、百度糯米、百度地图、度秘等项目与百度进行深入合作。同时中国联通将为百度提供IDC、ICT、终端定制、渠道等全方位通信服务及资源支持。伴随着移动互联网、云计算及大数据在不同行业、不同领域的广泛应用，双方将探索电信企业与互联网企业更大范围、更深层次的合作，通过强强联合将形成优势互补，为双方客户提供更为丰富、便捷的综合互联网服务及综合信息通信服务。

李彦宏曾经说过，百度云的首要优势在于“云计算+大数据+人工智能”的结合。此次百度和中国联通达成战略合作，在中国联通运营商资源倾斜下，预计百度云在IDC布局、网络节点等方面将迎来更好的竞争优势。
