上述人士称，三星并没有强迫中国员工行韩式的大礼，事件的缘由是，在Note7事件发生后，三星的经销商依然下了很多三星其他产品订单，患难见真情，出于感动和尊敬，三星韩国高管于是向经销商们下跪“行大礼”，中国的高管同样很感动，于是也下跪行礼。

另外有了解内幕的网友表示，三星员工下跪本质是为了让三星经销商多订货，这本来就是石家庄的一次订货会，如果三星正式道歉应该选择一个更为正式的场合。
