　　水均益：对于菲律宾总统访华，很多新闻使用不同的词语来形容，比如“破冰”，也比如“转折点”，您自己是如何来形容的呢？

　　杜特尔特：只用一个词语，我会说这是一个“决定性的时刻”，这是我总统任期内的决定性时刻。它会开创友谊与合作的前沿，推动两国关系在各个方面发展。（现在）在中国和菲律宾关系中，还有一些“灰色区域”，我希望完全消除它们，我想要打造更加紧密合作的关系。在我访华期间，我希望看到一些进步，有些事情能够开花结果。
