　　2016年10月7日，山东省莱芜市钢城区人民检察院依法以涉嫌故意杀人罪对山东莱芜暴力伤医案犯罪嫌疑人陈建利作出批准逮捕决定。

　　10月3日，山东莱芜暴力伤医案发生后，中国最高人民检察院侦查监督厅立即启动重大敏感案件快速反应机制，指导山东省三级检察机关侦监部门提前介入公安机关的案件侦查工作。山东省莱芜市人民检察院和钢城区人民检察院组成专案组，重点对犯罪嫌疑人主观故意、医患纠纷情况、涉案证据提取、鉴定等提出引导取证的意见，及时与公安机关进行了沟通。公安机关经侦查，于10月6日以犯罪嫌疑人陈建利涉嫌故意杀人罪报请钢城区人民检察院审查逮捕。钢城区人民检察院受案后，立即开展了案件审查、讯问犯罪嫌疑人、案件讨论等工作。

　　经钢城区人民检察院审查，2015年11月，犯罪嫌疑人陈建利之女因病医治无效在莱芜市莱钢医院死亡，后其多次与医院沟通协商解决方案未果。2016年10月3日，陈建利携砍刀到莱钢医院外科5楼医生休息室，找到儿科值班医生李宝华讨要说法。其间，陈建利从包中拿出砍刀砍击李宝华头部一刀。李宝华跑出医生休息室，陈建利当众持刀追砍至医生办公室门口，用力砍击李宝华头部两刀，李宝华跑进办公室后陈建利又用力砍击其头部十刀，并阻止其他医务人员进入室内救治。李宝华于当日16时许经抢救无效死亡，经法医鉴定系重度颅脑损伤死亡。

　　据此，10月7日，钢城区人民检察院仅用1天即依法以涉嫌故意杀人罪对犯罪嫌疑人陈建利作出批准逮捕决定。检察机关将继续密切关注案件侦查进展情况，确保案件依法高质高效办理，切实保障医疗工作者合法权益。
