　　习近平说，当前，中韩关系发展很好。今年以来，我和朴槿惠总统多次会晤，双方共同确定了新形势下两国关系发展的总体方向，中韩战略合作伙伴关系不断得到充实和发展，中方对此感到满意。不久前召开的中共十八届三中全会对中国全面深化改革作出了总体部署。中国进一步改革开放将为中韩合作提供更加广阔的前景。希望双方继续保持高层交往，加强战略沟通和互信，将双边关系同各自的发展战略结合起来，不断创造更多利益契合点和合作增长点，更好地造福两国和两国人民。

　　习近平说，立法机构交流是中韩关系的重要组成部分，对增进两国政治家和国民相互了解、加强政治沟通具有重要意义。中方愿意同韩方一道努力，发挥两国立法机构交流的独特优势，为中韩关系发展作出应有贡献。
