武汉市江岸区检察院今年5月以诈骗罪对王胜、熊伟二人提起公诉。江岸区法院日前经审理，以诈骗罪判处王胜有期徒刑四年，并处罚金人民币1万元；判处熊伟有期徒刑三年六个月，并处罚金人民币8000元。
