中国三沙市永兴岛开始蔬菜种植：月产万斤蔬果

　　远离大陆的三沙市，长期以来物资需要从海南本岛经海路运输。如今设市已四年，三沙市政府所在地西沙永兴岛如何吃菜，记者进行探访。

　　记者9月30日在永兴岛看到，4个蔬菜大棚中菜苗茁壮生长，这些蔬菜采用水培、无土栽培的种植方式，可月产万余斤白菜、苋菜、茄子等各类蔬菜瓜果。

　　蔬菜大棚主管蔡大茂介绍，永兴岛有1个水培大棚和3个无土栽培大棚，总面积近9000平方米。

　　蔡大茂介绍，水培蔬菜大棚主要种植菜、白菜、上海青等蔬菜，黄瓜正在试种，这里种植的蔬菜不用泥土，只要把菜种放进特制的塑料泡沫里，接着放进营养液里培育，5天后放进水里，17天后就可以采摘。大棚外，工人们把一粒粒菜种放进特制的塑料泡沫里，准备培育下一批蔬菜。

　　在无土栽培蔬菜大棚里，辣椒、黄瓜等都已挂果。无土栽培大棚使用绞碎的椰糠和沙混合，再配上肥料，培育改良后就可以种植蔬菜瓜果，在这里种植的辣椒、黄瓜等约60天可以采摘。

　　“现在种菜用的水都是海水淡化水，蔬菜瓜果长势良好。”蔡大茂说，三沙地理位置特殊，温度高且温差大，4个蔬菜大棚都有控温设备，温度过高时，通过喷雾、风扇等方式降低温度。目前蔬菜大棚生产的蔬菜可以满足永兴岛居民所需。

　　据了解，目前永兴岛自产的小白菜、上海青、朝天椒等种植菜品已走出田间地头，走进单位食堂、自选超市中。(记者 王子谦)
