　　去年王雪家里种了十五亩党参，当年采挖了十二亩多，剩下了这两亩多党参没有采挖。原本想着留到今年，收成会好一些，但是他们没有想到，今年遭遇到几十年不遇的干旱天气，很多党参就这样旱死了。

　　在另一块自家种的党参地，王雪用铲子挖了下去，大部分干死的党参叶子下面没有任何东西，即使没有干死的党参，长得也非常细小。

　　王雪告诉央视财经《经济半小时》记者，年景好的时候，她家党参的产量，每亩能够产干药400斤左右。可是今年种植的党参，每亩地的产量估计连100斤也产不上。

　　“往年雨水我们好的时候，一垧地就两亩半，就能挖干药一千斤，现在像这种情况，一垧地一百斤都没有，几十斤，真的就几十斤，这个差别，纯粹就十分之一，对不对”。渭源县新寨镇新寨村村民王雪对记者如是说。

　　王雪带着央视财经《经济半小时》记者，又看了其他村民今年种植的党参，几乎家家户户都一样，除了阴面遮挡阳光的地方长势好一些之外，绝大部分都已经干枯。

　　尽管今年的党参长的非常小，村民们甚至连本钱都收不回来，但是王雪说这样的党参今年必须要挖掉，不挖出来明年就没有地种。

　　甘肃省渭源县新寨镇黎家湾村的杨鑫也正在自家的院子里晾晒刚刚挖回来的党参，这些党参也是去年种植的两年参，当年没有采挖留在了今年。

　　杨鑫告诉记者，在地里长了两年的党参，并没有增加产量，相反因为今年的干旱天气，一些党参被晒死，根部在地下就已经腐烂

　　在一间房子里，杨鑫的家人正在用铁丝穿党参，这些党参是今天上午刚刚从地里采挖回来的。杨鑫告诉记者，往年挖党参、穿党参的时候，都要花钱雇一些村民来帮忙，但是今年产量少，他家索性一个人也没请。

　　“今年都不请人，因为是工钱高，东西少的话，这个东西卖下的钱还不够让人家拿，不够工钱。”

　　按照正常年份，党参的采挖季节一般在10到11月份，但是最近几天下了几场雨，一些村民担心干旱晒死的党参因为雨水增多而出现烂根，害怕连现有的收成都没有。加上现在的党参价格比较好，为了卖个好价钱，所以提前一个多月就开始采挖和晾晒。不过，对于今年种下的党参，杨鑫基本不指望了。

　　“这是去年没挖的二年党参，还有点东西，今年在地里边的，一亩地基本挖不上东西，有绝收的东西，好一点的能挖几十斤，虽然价格再高，卖着下来都要亏。今年一亩地挖上50斤干药的话，30元的价格卖1500元，还不够投入的本钱。”

　　杨鑫家今年种植的党参就在家附近，记者看到，大部分的党参已经干死。杨鑫在地头挖了一些，当初种下的参苗密密麻麻，如今挖出来的党参只有稀稀落落的几个，一大片地方才挖出几根党参，而且个头非常小。

　　杨鑫告诉央视财经《经济半小时》记者，按照这样的长势，基本上就算绝产了。他也不准备用人工采挖了，等到不忙的时候，就用拖拉机把地耕了。

　　“二斤党参，一斤30元卖，二斤60元，还不够人工，两个人挖了一天才挣60元。”

　　在一户村民的党参地里，记者碰到了新寨镇党委书记杨有平，他告诉记者，新寨镇是渭源县党参核心种植区，也是中国党参之乡，党参的种植面积占全镇耕地面积的80%左右，常年保持在50000亩以上，正常年份的党参产量都在10000吨左右，但是今年的产量预计将减产70%以上。

　　今年持续的干旱造成了渭源县党参大面积的减产，大多数农户当年种植的党参没有收成，据记者在采访中了解，尽管今年的价格比较高，但是有不少种药农户不打算挖掉当年的党参，准备等到明年再挖。在采访中，记者也发现一些个别村民靠着拉水，保住了一部分产量。

　　在新寨镇三合村冯学农的党参地，记者看到，他家今年种植的党参长得郁郁葱葱，几乎看不到干枯的叶子，挖开土层之后，下面的党参根部也要粗壮很多，跟其它因为干旱枯死的党参形成了鲜明对比。

　　在今年普遍干旱少雨的条件下，能够长得这样旺盛，完全得益于冯学农一家人的辛苦，在干旱的近两个月时间，冯学农和家人用农用车从远处的山沟里一车一车拉水，才最终保住了这一片党参没有遭灾。

　　在冯学农的家里，有两辆农用车，一辆三轮车，一辆小面包货车，当时他们一家就是用这两辆车，拉着1.5吨的大水桶从山沟里拉水。

　　这一桶是3000斤，这一桶用小桶灌的话，要100桶左右，在河沟里灌的就腰疼的站不起来了。

　　在冯学农家不远的地方，就是他们当时拉水的山沟底部。当时冯学农和家人在这里挖了二十多个沙坑，用来渗水浇灌自己的三亩党参。当时冯学农和家人分成了两组，一组人在河沟里用小桶往车上的大桶里灌水，一组人拉上水到地里浇灌。两个月的时间，就是靠着一家人从山沟里拉水，冯学农硬是把这片党参地浇灌了四遍。功夫不负有心人，如今这些党参长势茂盛，几乎没有受到干旱天气的影响，再过一个多月就可以采挖采收。

　　尽管拉水灌溉的成本高，付出的辛苦也多，但是冯学农觉得还是值得，起码保证了今年家里有一份收入。

　　“如果这样下去，这些就能有两百公斤，上面（一块地）一百公斤，就是三百公斤，三百公斤就是六百斤，每斤如果四十元卖出去，就是四六两万四，两万四的话，这就维持一家的生活还可以，供学生也都能行。”

　　央视财经《经济半小时》记者在采访中了解到，像冯学农这样拉水浇灌党参的并不多见。渭源县的党参种植主要集中在北部山区，这些地方本来就干旱少雨，遇到今年这种极端干旱天气，很多河沟里都没有水，因此当时有限的水资源都用在了保苗上。

　　渭源县中药材产业办公室副主任陈鹏告诉记者，最近他们下乡到农户家里走访调研时也了解到，尽管今年的党参受灾严重，但是种苗基本没有受到影响，这样就能够减少明年农民种植党参的成本。

　　在干旱严重的七八月份，渭源县各级政府部门也积极想办法，减少种植党参农户的损失，增加他们的收入。

　　渭源县中药材产业办公室副主任 陈鹏：“确实没办法开展生产自救的，我们就是鼓励他们做这个劳务输出，鼓励他们外出打工增加他们的收入。还有一个办法我们就是，县上增加这个增加财政的转移性支付，让农民的收入有一个适当的提高。”

　　邓学兵告诉央视财经《经济半小时》记者，眼下，村民们普遍都不愿意出售鲜党参，他们大都采取观望的态度，希望等一段时间，看看党参干了之后的价格再说。而这户村民家里还有一点去年的干党参，不过数量太少，只有几十斤。

　　每到党参交易市场开市的日子，甘肃国一堂药厂的负责人刘兵就会早早来到渭源县城的党参交易市场，了解党参价格的最新行情。他发现，党参市场出现有价无市的情况，一方面是前一段时间党参的价格波动过大，各个药厂轻易不敢进货，另一方面，因为党参的价格未来趋势不明朗，大家还处在观望的过程中。

　　党参的行情对于做中药初加工的刘兵来说，显得有些尴尬。党参在高价位他们不敢买，在低价位时他们又不敢拿订单，简直是左右为难。
