据悉，芯片制造商AMD在周二宣布超过10亿美元的股票和债券发行计划，其中包括6亿美元的新股，4.50亿美元的可转高级债，另外还授予承销商1.575亿美元的超额配售股票和债券。AMD在计划书中指出所筹得的10亿美元将会首先用于偿还之前的债务，其余的用于公司正常的运作、研发和资金运转。
目前AMD的CEO苏姿丰已经正式公布了下一代Zen处理器的架构，预计桌面版于2017年正式发布，此时AMD的股票达到了近年来的高峰。
