这座建筑最大的特点是向外延伸、排列错落有致的露台，形成一条扭转的围绕高楼楼体的庞大“露台链”，看起来犹如数码特效，又像是一个个像素点堆砌而成。这让这座大楼看起来似乎残缺不全，仿佛分分钟要倒下的样子。
