越南之所以成为投资热点，主要是因为当地的月最低工资只有中国的59%。另外，越南人口超过9000万，60%只有30多岁或者更年轻。大韩贸易投资振兴公社（Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency）主管Park Byung-book认为：“越南拥有良好的投资条件，比如劳工成本非常便宜，有5400万劳动人口。科技公司开始积极进入越南市场，以前只有纺织和缝纫企业才会去投资。”
