As far as impact on China, I don't see such a member of the majority of the international community are against, in violation of international law things how this will affect China's established policy. Did this, China will firmly maintain the "double thinking" response.

中国外交部回应南海仲裁结果今出炉：不影响既定政策

　　问：由菲律宾单方面提出的南海仲裁结果今天出炉，你如何看待这样一个结果。这样的仲裁结果将会给南海和平稳定带来何种影响？中国下一步会如何来应对？

　　答：我昨天回答《纽约时报》记者提问时已经说过，中方对菲律宾前政府单方面提出来的那个非法仲裁庭的立场，其实大家三年前就已经可以知道了。仲裁庭自始至终就建立在菲律宾违法行为和非法诉求基础上，它的存在不具有合法性，它作出的一切裁决都是无效的，没有拘束力。如果说影响，因为它可能激化本地区有关方的矛盾，所以会严重损害地区和平稳定的政治基础。

　　作为国际秩序的建设者和地区和平的维护者，中国将继续坚持依据国际法，通过直接当事方谈判协商和平解决争端;坚持维护各国依法享有的航行和飞越自由;坚持全面有效落实《南海各方行为宣言》，并在此框架下推进“南海行为准则”磋商进程。

　　至于说对中方的影响，我看不出来这样一个国际社会多数成员都反对的、违反国际法的东西为何会影响中方既定的政策。有没有这个东西，中方都会坚定维护“双规思路”应对措施。
