60岁的龚雪辉是长沙市岳麓区茶子山村村民，她的房子在6月16日被强拆，而她本人在混乱中失踪。
21天里，亲属为了寻找龚雪辉，去了一切可能有线索的地方——村委会、茶子山拆迁办、派出所、医院、看守所，但都未果。
直到7月7日早上，他们叫来了挖机，在自家房子的废墟中翻找。挖了半小时，龚雪辉已经腐烂的尸体出现了。
随后，当地警方、岳麓区委、区政府主要负责人赶赴现场，成立了调查组。
“明天要搞行动”
长沙观沙岭街道办事处茶子山片区重点工程建设指挥部(下称茶子山拆迁办)设在龚雪辉家门口，一路之隔，直线距离不足五十米。龚雪辉的家人说，为了拆迁的事，双方没少接触。
7月7日，龚雪辉的弟媳钱慧(化名)向新京报记者回忆，茶子山拆迁办和村委会一直对龚雪辉一家施加压力，“你不签字，我就强拆你们。”就因为当时村支书万智的这句话，龚雪辉几天吃不下饭。
据长沙市岳麓区新闻网消息，2015年长沙全面启动了城中村改造，茶子山村属于启动多年、推进困难的重点片区，被列入为20个重点改造的目标之一，纳入市政府年度考核范围。
当年8月13日，岳麓区区委书记陈中率队调研茶子山村改造工作。陈中要求，要力争在规定日期完成项目拆迁，做好拆迁群众的思想工作，做到拆迁政策及时公开、拆迁工作透明，保障拆迁村民的利益，确保公平公正。
村民介绍，茶子山村拆迁陆续进行了多年。茶子山拆迁办的拆迁进度表显示，茶子山村拆迁对象一共41户，目前签订协议的有24户。
在龚雪辉家周围楼房林立，建有多个安置房和商品房小区。村民们说，这都是早些年村里或卖地，或搞城中村改造时盖的。
据了解，该次拆迁属于茶子山村“两安”用地项目，即生活安置和生产安置。
观沙岭村街道办相关工作人员介绍，该项目征地单位为茶子山村村委会，征地用途是用来建安置房，“部分村民在上次拆迁后没有得到安置，所以计划在这一次征地后，把两次被征地村民统一安置。”
村民们介绍，茶子山村的征地之路已经持续了十余年，村子在拆迁与建设中交替进行，废墟与新楼同时共存。
据村民们说，茶子山村的征地从2004年修银杉路开始，后来的征地项目包括经适房小区建设、安置房小区建设、商品房小区建设以及去年开始的“两安”用地项目等。
2007年开始到2009年期间被征地村民均未获得安置房。2014年，又有一批村民被征地。2015年，茶山馨苑安置房开始安置这些年被征地的村民。但因为安置房不够，仍有多户村民没有分配安置房。
“两安”用地项目所在土地，是茶子山村最后一块拥有农民房的土地。
龚雪辉的家人说，被拆前他们的家是一座四层楼建筑。根据茶子山拆迁办公布的资料显示，合法面积405平方米，临时建筑面积679.26平方米，总面积超1100平方米。
房子里，除龚雪辉外，还住着她的两个儿子杨君、杨全两家，一共八口人。
杨君告诉新京报记者，没有签下拆迁协议的原因在于条件没有谈拢。茶子山拆迁办给出的补偿是28万元每人，安置房要自己购买——480元一平米，没产权，这个条件家属们觉得不够。
龚雪辉的弟媳钱慧回忆，6月15日晚上9点，龚雪辉胃疼在医院打针。茶子山拆迁办负责人和茶子山村支书万智等人前去探望，同时试图商量拆迁事宜。
“我今天没精神谈。”龚雪辉拒绝了对方。
当晚11点，钱慧将龚雪辉送回家。不多时，万智等人来到龚雪辉家，再次商量拆迁事宜。
“我妈妈就跟他们说身体不舒服，等好一点了再谈。”龚雪辉二儿媳李要回忆，万智等人没有办法，不一会儿就走了，“但他们留下了一句话——明天要搞行动。”
“妈妈不见了”
6月16日早七点，龚雪辉一家人照常起床，洗漱完毕，大儿媳苏姣丽和二儿媳李要一起送孩子去上学。
大约八点，她们从学校回来，看见村口密密麻麻站了数百人，挡住了道路。绝大多数人没有制服，也没有袖章，但她们认出有观沙岭街道办的干部。
苏姣丽与李要回到家中后，大约8点半，一群人破门而入。
“走了走了，出去了。”李要回忆，闯入者言行凶狠，几个人一组，没有多说，将屋内的人拖至屋外，她被一路拖到村口一辆中巴车上。
李要说，当时屋内一共有5人，她与丈夫杨全被控制在一辆中巴上，车内有四五个人看着他们，“你们就坐在这里，别动也别反抗。”
其余3人为苏姣丽与其儿子、婆婆龚雪辉，车内人告诉李要夫妇，3个人都在另外一辆车上。
茶子山村多位村民向新京报记者证实，当时龚雪辉家被迅速强拆了。
根据《长沙市征地补偿安置条例》规定，对于到期拒不腾地的，土地行政主管部门可以申请人民法院强制执行。但多位龚雪辉亲属表示，当时并未见到任何法院文书。
大约11点，李要夫妇被送下中巴车。下车后，李要看到了苏姣丽与其儿子，但没看到婆婆龚雪辉的身影。双方相互交流才发现，他们都被告知婆婆在对方车上。
房子没了，剩下一堆砖瓦废墟，更令他们着急的是，老太太也不见了。
大家分两路，一边去找茶子山拆迁办，一边去找村支书万智。
“我说我妈妈不见了，但没人回应。”李要称，当时茶子山拆迁办有两个值班人员，但是值班人员没有理会李要等人。李要坐在那里等领导，等了很久，没有人来。
大儿媳苏姣丽等人则去找村支书万智，万智告诉他们，自己不知道人在哪，要找亲属自己去找。
杨全拨打了110报警。观山岭派出所出警，让杨全去录了口供。
“我们每天都报警，每天都录口供。录完口供后。警察就让我们去找村里或茶子山拆迁办。”李要说。
茶子山拆迁办、派出所、村委会，龚雪辉失踪第一天，亲属们在这三个地方来回询问，没有任何结果。
废墟下的尸骸
6月17日，龚雪辉失踪的第二天，亲属们隐隐感到，或许人会在废墟下面。家人在茶子山村附近叫来了一台挖机，准备对废墟进行挖掘。
李要回忆，挖机挖了不到十分钟，司机接了一个电话，讲完电话，他说，“我还有事，我不挖了。”
挖机师傅离开后，亲属试图在当地再找挖机，但提到作业内容后，均被拒绝。
与此同时，一些小道消息开始传播，有人说在某个地方看到了龚雪辉，这些消息一度让龚雪辉的亲属满怀希望，但是真的按照提示前去寻找，毫无下落。
家人们寻人的足迹遍布长沙各大医院、亲戚朋友处、甚至去了看守所，但都没发现踪迹。
7月7日，在经过了21天的寻找无果之后，家人从外地找来一台挖机。
“就是为了求个心安。”苏姣丽说，能找的地方全都找了，如果能证明废墟下没人，那说明人还活着。
8点30分，在挖机作业半小时后，挖机司机突然发现异样，停止作业。现场有人认出了一件红色的衣服，正是龚雪辉强拆当日的着装。
亲属们从四周跑向挖掘现场，发现在砖瓦堆中，是一具人体的尸骸，经过仔细辨认，确认尸骸就是龚雪辉。
亲属们开始手动挖掘。正值盛夏，尸骸已经腐臭。
当天下午3点左右，法医在现场进行尸检，数百名警察来到现场。
多名亲属证实，龚雪辉的尸骸在经过整理后，被警方带走。
7日当天，长沙市委网宣办发布通报称，7月7日上午8时许，在茶子山村建筑垃圾内发现一具尸体后，派出以市委副书记、湖南湘江新区管委会主任虢 正贵为组长，市委政法委、市委宣传部、市监察局、市住建委、市公安局、市拆迁办等部门为成员单位的工作组，赶赴现场协调指导岳麓区依法依规开展调查处理工 作。整个事件的调查处理请检察机关介入并接受社会监督，后续情况将及时向社会进行公布。
7月8日，岳麓区区委宣传部工作人员告诉新京报记者，茶子山村支书万智与拆迁办项目工作人员已经被警方带走问话，因为此事件警方已介入调查，因此对相关问题，目前不能做出准确答复。
从7月7日晚到记者发稿，村支书万智的电话一直无法接通。村主任电话接通后表示，不接受采访。
茶子山拆迁办亦未接受记者采访。
龚雪辉的侄女孙知依然保留着一张照片。那是2014年4月，因为村里集体土地被卖，在开发商动工时与村民发生了冲突。一位精壮的年轻男子赤裸上身，拖拽一位在地上挣扎的妇人。妇人满身是土，坐在地上。
孙知说，这位倒在地上的妇人，就是龚雪辉。
