从华为方面的诉讼请求来看，华为终端表示在2010年年初，公司就“一种可应用于终端组件显示的处理方法和用户设备”的技术方案向国家知识产权局提出发明专利申请。经实质审查，该申 请于2011年6月5日被授予发明专利权，专利号为ZL201010104157.0。该专利目前合法有效，受法律保护。

华为终端公司表示，该发明专利共有16项权利要求，涉及此案的有8项权利要求。惠州三星、天津三星未经许可，以生产经营为目的大量制作、使用、销售、许诺销售被控侵权产品；三星投资公司、福建省某电讯公司、泉州某电器公司以生产经营为目的销售、许诺销售被控侵权产品。上述行为均侵犯了华为终端公司对涉案专利享受的发明专利权。

华为终端公司要求5被告立即停止侵权行为；惠州三星、天津三星和三星投资公司连带赔偿8000万元；惠州三星、天津三星、三星投资公司连带承担华为终端公司为制止侵权行为所支付的合理开支50万元整。

据悉，此次华为在调查取证阶段进行了提前准备，在公证人员的监督下进行了大量取证。

目前，此案正在进一步审理中。
