对于一家仍然在快速成长的初创公司来说,快速招人好像没什么问题,不过那时身在其中的豌豆荚员工却已经感觉到公司扩张的太快,管理有点跟不上了。这种变化伴随着内部矛盾最终在当时流行的匿名社交软件上引发了不少猜测。

到了2014年底,看匿名社交软件上关于豌豆荚的讨论,大家恐怕很难把那些匿名言论和豌豆荚一年前的样子联系在一起,但这又的确是隐形中的豌豆荚。

作为旁观者,大家可能会问是什么因素让豌豆荚在一年多的时间里产生如此大的变化?说实话,我也没有答案,不过就个人感受来说:在各类组织中,摧毁已经形成的好文化往往很容易,但重新凝聚已经散了的人心却很难。

从2015年下半年到2016年初,豌豆荚陆陆续续有不少员工离职。这些人有的去了从豌豆荚剥离的新公司,有些则是彻底的离开了。在这一次人员波动之后,豌豆荚的员工数量从高峰时的差不多500人降到了100人左右,最终和2013年初的数量基本持平

这段时期过后,笔者所认识的豌豆荚员工几乎都成了前员工,但这些人对豌豆荚的评价有好有坏。他们其中的一位就告诉过我:自己其实并不期望新公司的文化氛围能比豌豆荚的好,但没想到的是竟然这么Low。

虽然说豌豆荚今天就要被正式归到阿里巴巴集团里了,但对于那些和它一起经历过成长和波折的人来说,换个地方后豌豆荚的这份经历也有让人怀念的时候。
