据悉，今年3月份，美的宣布将以514亿日元（约33亿人民币）的价格收购东芝家电业务子公司（Toshiba Lifestyle Products & Services Corporation,简称TLSC）80.1%的股权。同时，美的还将会获得40年的东芝品牌在全球的授权以及超过5000项与东芝白色家电相关的专利。

6月30日，美的已经与东芝就本次交易的所有相关协议达成一致，并完成了协议的签署，本次交易全部514亿日元的价款也已经支付完毕。也就是说，美的已经获得收购东芝的所有必要的相关审批，包括日本反垄断监管机构的审批和中国国家发展改革委员会的备案。
