法制晚报讯（记者 张婷）今天上午，北京市交通委路政局城市道路养护管理中心在西大望通道进行防汛应急演练。记者从演练上获悉，目前本市易积水的通道主要包括安慧立交南通道、右安门东通道、马甸桥东、西通道等共33座，为解决通道下游排水不畅等原因产生的积水问题，北京市城市道路养护管理中心2016年计划对13座积水严重通道进行排水改造。
据悉， 北京市城市道路养护管理中心通过增加集水坑及水浸报警系统，完善排水设施，阻止客水进入通道等改造方式，以确保通道在汛期通行安全。共分两批组织实施，其中第一批共计安排8座通道，分别为景山通道、清洁车辆四场通道、安慧立交南通道、右安门东通道、马甸东通道、马甸西通道、黄庄北街口通道、三元桥北通道。
目前，8座通道已全部开工，计划于7月上旬完成；第二批共计安排5座通道，分别为：健翔桥北通道、马甸5号通道、马甸6号通道、马甸7号通道、马甸8号通道，目前，该5座通道正在进行施工图设计，计划7月初开工，7月底完工。剩余20座易积水通道，北京市城市道路养护管理中心将根据具体情况逐步安排专项进行防汛改造。
另外，记者还了解到，每座通道都有专门的通道养护工程师负责通道的养护管理工作。每年入汛前，北京市城市道路养护管理中心组织养护企业对已配备泵站通道的水泵进行摇测，清掏每座通道积水井、雨水口，冲洗排水管道，保证每座通道排水系统正常。针对易积水通道、地铁接驳通道制定汛期专人值守方案。
