　　中新网6月24日电 据最高人民检察院消息，广州市政府原副秘书长晏拥军(副厅级)涉嫌贪污、受贿一案，经广东省人民检察院指定管辖，日前由中山市人民检察院依法向中山市中级人民法院提起公诉。

　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段依法告知了被告人晏拥军享有的诉讼权利，并讯问了被告人晏拥军。中山市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人晏拥军利用其担任共青团广州市委副书记的职务便利，非法占有公共财物，依法应当以贪污罪追究其刑事责任；被告人晏拥军先后利用其担任广州市荔湾区委宣传部长，区政府副区长，区委副书记、区长，广州市政府副秘书长的职务便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受、索取他人财物，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
