今年3月份， 河南一大学生通过网络平台贷款58万后无力偿还最终跳楼自杀，近日网上又传出了女大学生因深陷“裸贷”陷阱致个人裸照和身份信息被网络叫卖的报道。以上种种不难看出，一些P2P网络借贷平台不断向高校拓展业务，部分不良网络借贷平台采取虚假宣传的方式和降低贷款门槛、隐瞒实际资费标准等手段，诱导学生过度消费，甚至陷入“高利贷”陷阱，侵犯学生合法权益，造成不良影响。

为此，教育部郑重提醒广大青年学生，要充分认识网络不良借贷存在的隐患和风险，增强金融风险防范意识；要树立理性科学的消费观，养成艰苦朴素、勤俭节约的优秀品质；要积极学习金融和网络安全知识，远离不良网贷行为。
