6月21日消息，北京市通州区卫生局卫生监督所网站昨日发布公告称，通州区一网吧因控烟不力被给予5000元的行政处罚。

公告称，此次执法人员在对某网吧进行检查时，发现该网吧内有三名消费者正在吸烟，网吧控烟管理人员表示已经对三名吸烟者进行了劝阻。经进一步检查，该网吧有禁止吸烟管理制度，有禁烟标识，有控烟劝阻记录，但针对既不听劝阻也不离开的吸烟人员，网吧管理人员并未拨打12320进行举报。

执法人员对三名吸烟则进行宣传教育并当场开出每人50元罚单，同时针对该网吧未举报行为，按照《北京市控制吸烟条例》第二十四条第二项，给予其罚款5000元的行政处罚。

据了解，《北京市控制吸烟条例》明确规定，自2015年6月1日起，北京所有公共场所、工作场所室内区域及公共交通工具禁止吸烟，约定文保单位、体育场及部分以未成年人为主要活动人群的室外场所禁止吸烟。违反规定的个人将被处以50元人民币罚款，拒不改正的最高可处200元罚款。同时，禁烟场所的经营者、管理者也要肩负起禁烟责任，违者将受到处罚。
