2016年3月9日，全国高等学校学生信息咨询与就业指导中心出具《中国高等教育学历证书查询结果通知》一份，查询结果为“徐晴申请查询的毕业证书系伪造”。

徐晴认为，该大学的行为给其造成了巨大的损失，无法评级。徐晴多次到该大学协商要求返还所收学费未果，故诉至法院，请求判令被告返还原告1995年所交的学费2000元及从1995年至今的利息6000元。

法院认为，当事人对自己的主张，有责任提供证据，没有证据或者证据不足以证明当事人的事实主张的，由负有举证责任的一方承担相应的不利后果。

本案原告徐晴的诉讼请求是要求被告返还其学费及学费的利息，因此原告徐晴应当向法庭提供其曾向被告沈阳某大学交纳学费及具体数额的证据加以证明，现原告未提供证据对其主张予以佐证，故对于原告的诉讼请求，本院不予支持。
