乌鲁木齐90后女孩林某，新入职场就出手阔绰，在朋友圈里声誉极高。而在她“炫富”的背后，竟然是她一次次挪用公款的犯罪行为。一年时间里，她挥霍公款18万元。近日，乌鲁木齐市天山区法院审结了这起案件，判处林某有期徒刑2年，缓刑2年。
林某出身于一个工薪家庭，2013年入职后，却出手阔绰，几乎每次喝酒泡吧都是她来买单。而林某每月只有几千元的工资，根本无法支撑这样的消费。
主审这一案件的天山区法院法官刘文欣介绍：“一开始她挪用的比较少，是500呀2000元，然后过两天她能还上。到后来这个钱就还不上了。她有这样一供述，虚荣心得到了极大的满足，身边的朋友越来越多。后来就形成了一种消费习惯，到哪儿花钱都是她买单。包括酒水、唱歌、住宿，所以她在一年时间花掉了了十几万。”
就在林某享受众星捧月的感觉时，单位发现了她的犯罪行为，随后被公安机关逮捕。而在这之后的两年时间里，曾经围绕她的那些“好朋友”却没有了踪迹：“从开庭到后面宣判，整个这个过程中，只有她的父母亲在身边，从来没有见过以前围在她身边的朋友来过。因为都是吃了花了的，没有人管她，她父母说过，最终全部是用家里的积蓄，包括变卖财产之后，向亲戚举债还上的。”
最终，法院考虑林某年纪尚轻，退赔了单位所有款项，且认罪态度较好，判处林某两年徒刑缓刑两年。
刘文欣说：“像她这样的案子，不是个例，这两年每年都会有这样的案子，非常年轻的，刚刚走到工作岗位上，不能把握她自己的职责，比如有挪用公款的，有贪污的，都有。”
旁听林某案件庭审的某大学会计专业的学生方某感慨地说：“我们这个专业就是会面临很多的诱惑，这马上毕业要工作了，给我们也是一个教训，一定要有自己的职业操守，不触犯法律，干好本职工作。”
