IT资讯讯 6月5日消息，据业内人士透露，深圳前海微众银行近期拟定增12亿元，目前此事正在等待监管部门审批。

据称此次定增的机构包括腾讯等6家公司，其中腾讯属于领投，投资金额为3.65亿元，占发行股份的30%，其大股东身份不变。此次增资的目的在于补充资本金，此前微众银行一直处于亏损状态。

作为新兴网络银行，目前微众银行最为成熟和最为知名的产品是“微粒贷”，数据显示，截至2016年5月15日，微众银行累计发放贷款逾400亿元，主动授信客户3000万，现日均放贷规模在5亿元左右。

不过该产品能给腾讯带来的收益占比并不高，据相关人士透露，按贷款年利率18%计，现在合作银行享受13%，微众银行拿5%。基于对消费金融的蓝海预期，微众银行预计今年就能略有盈利。

工商资料显示，目前微众银行注册资本30亿，腾讯投资9亿，立业集团和百业源分别投资6亿，深圳市淳永投资有限公司持股近3亿，深圳市横岗投资股份有限公司持股近1.5亿，深圳光汇石油集团持股1.2亿，信太科技及金立通信分别持股9000万元，中化美林石油化工集团持股6300万元。
