每5月6日晚间，乐视网公布了重大资产重组预案。预案显示，乐视网拟以41.37元/股发行1.65亿股，并支付现金29.79亿元，合计作价98亿元收购乐视控股等44名股东持有的乐视影业100%股权，交易对方包括张艺谋、郭敬明、孙红雷等多位明星；同时拟向不超过5名特定对象非公开发行股份募集配套资金不超过50亿元。

业绩承诺显示，乐视影业2016~2018年度扣非后净利润分别不低于5.2亿元、7.3亿元和10.4亿元。每经投资宝注意到，乐视网2015年扣非后净利润为5.73亿元。

乐视网在宣布复牌的同时，还公布了修订后的重大资产重组预案，在原有的基础上增加了补充披露标的公司各业务的收入确认方式、主营业务收入前五名的电影等内容。其中，张艺谋、郭敬明、高晓松等制片人或导演也与乐视影业“绑定”了。根据安排，张艺谋担任乐视影业的艺术总监，其担任导演与乐视影业独家合作拍摄不少于5部电影；高晓松需与乐视影业独家合作至少6部电影，其中至少3部为导演电影，3部为监制电影；郭敬明担任编剧导演，并就“爵迹”及“未来未来”共计不少于8部电影项目与乐视影业进行合作。

市场现在最关心的就是乐视网复牌后的股价走势。

按总市值计算，乐视网目前坐了创业板第二把交椅，创业板市值最大的是温氏股份。乐视网停牌前报收于58.8元，所对应的总市值为1091亿元，仅次于温氏股份的1644亿元总市值。

事实上在A股市场上，重大资产重组对上市公司而言可谓是一大利好，复牌之后股价大涨并非罕事。与暴风科技一样，乐视网也是创业板的人气股。二者同样是在创业板指数处于高位时停牌，同样是重大资产重组，同样是收购影业公司，加上创业板指数在5月31日放量大涨4.92%，由此打破了长久以来的弱势横盘格局，因此有投资者认为，乐视网复牌后会大涨。至于能否如暴风科技那样涨停，则看市场情况，毕竟暴风科技盘子更小，封涨停所需的资金量更小。

不过，也有投资者认为，乐视网今日复牌存在补跌的可能性：一方面，乐视网于去年12月7日起停牌，乐视网停牌时创业板指数的点位为2738.15点。而截至本周四（6月2日）收盘，创业板指数报收于2188.56点，区间跌幅为20%；另一方面，在乐视网停牌前一日，公司股价呈现涨停板被打开的“烂板”行情。与之伴随的是乐视网当日成交放出巨量，成交金额高达86.27亿元，创出去年7月13日以来的最大成交金额。

每经投资宝注意到，乐视网是融资融券标的，融资客的选择也将部分影响公司股价走势。截至6月1日，乐视网的融资余额为30.22亿元，占公司流通市值的比例为4.76%。事实上，自乐视网去年12月7日停牌起，几乎每个交易日都出现融资偿还现象。其中，最大偿还额发生在今年1月6日、7日，单日融资偿还额达到了1.18亿元。不过，最近5个交易日的融资偿还额呈现下降趋势，均保持在1500万元以下。
